Sabato 7 Settembre ore 17:00 Trio Gallien, violino violoncello pianoforte Trio Gallien, vincitore del Concorso Internazionale Zinetti 2018, per la sezione musica da camera Tristan LIEHR, violino Aurélienne BRAUNER, violoncello Emmanuel CHRISTIEN, pianoforte Ernest Chausson: Piano Trio in G minor op.3 Bedrich Smetana: Piano trio in G minor op.15 Just a few months after its formation, Trio Gallien won both 1st Prize and Audience Award at the “Gaetano Zinetti” International Chamber Music Competition (Italy) in September 2018 as well as 3rd prize at the prestigious Franz Schubert International Competition in Graz (Austria). Following these successes, Trio Gallien was interviewed for "La lettre du musicien" and was broadcasted on the Austrian radio (Ö1) as well as the Italian radio (RCS). The french trio has quickly established itself on the international scene as one of the most promising formations of its generation, praised for its high artistic standards and the authenticity of its interpretations. The three talented musicians of the Trio Gallien are Aurélienne Brauner, Tristan Liehr (both First Soloists in the Bordeaux Aquitaine National Orchestra) and Emmanuel Christien (concert pianist and chamber musician). The Trio Gallien was born in Bordeaux, where they met and realize they all shared a passion for chamber music, especially for the exceptional and inexhaustible trio repertoire with piano. The Trio Gallien, has a very eclectic repertoire (over almost three centuries) from Haydn, Schubert, Beethoven, Mendelssohn to contemporary works by Takemitsu, Mantovani and not to mention French music from Ravel or Chausson.
