Jessica  Dalsant
Dalsant began her musical education at the Conservatory of Trento (Italy), her birthtown, where she graduated in 1990, 18 years old. She continued her studies in Italy with Giampaolo Pretto and Jànos Bàlint and attended master classes with Jean-Pierre Rampal, Aurèle Nicolet, Emmanuel Pahud, and Jacques Zoon.

Her orchestral experience started in 1993 as a member of the “Orchestra Giovanile Italiana”, where Dalsant played under the direction of Luciano Berio, Gyorgy G. Rath and Daniele Gatti. It continued through collaborations as Principal in many italian orchestras: “Teatro dell’Opera” Roma, “Teatro La Fenice” Venezia, “Maggio Musicale” Florence, Filarmonica Toscanini (L. Maazel), “Orchestra del Teatro Regio” of Parma, Orchestra Sinfonica “Toscanini” Parma, “Teatro Regio” Torino, “Haydn Orchester” Bozen. In the season 2003-2004 she played as Principal Assistant with the Orquesta Sinfonica de Galicia, in 2004-2005 she collaborated as Principal with the Orquesta Sinfonica de Tenerife (Spain).
From 2005 to 2013, Dalsant has been Solo flute at São Paulo State Symphony Orchestra (Brazil), playing in Concert Halls such Musikverein Vienna, Koelner Philharmonie, Théâtre du Châtelet Paris, Auditorio Nacional de Musica Madrid, Lisinski Hall Zagreb, Filharmonia Narodowa Warsaw, Alte Oper Frankfurt, Royal Albert Hall London (BBC Proms 2012), Royal Concertgebouw Amsterdam, Grosses Festspielhaus Salzburg, Tonhalle Zurich. Recently she came back to Europe and started collaborations as Principal flute with different Orchestras in Spain and Austria.
Very passionate chamber music player, Dalsant offered concerts in Italy, Austria, Germany and Czec Republic and had prizes in national and international competitions.
 Awarded with the “Prix de la Fondation Sorato” at the prestigious Genève Competition 2001, she joined a Stage at “Academie de Villecroze” by official invitation of Emmanuel Pahud, with the prize winners of all the international flute Competitions 2001.
In 2011 Dalsant obtained the Performance Master degree at the Federal University of Minas Gerais (Brazil). She is also graduated in Clinical Psychology (University of Padova, 2004).
A dedicated teacher, Dalsant has been titular professor at the S. Paulo State Orchestra Academy. Her students successfully completed their formation in prestigious European Music Academies, such as: Academia Reina Sofia (Madrid, Spain, Prof. J. Zoon), FolkWang Hochschuhle fuer Musik (Essen, Germany, Prof. G. Ott), Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique et Danse (Paris, France, Prof. S. Cherrier).
