He graduated under the guidance of M. Finco at the Conservatory of Vicenza. Moreover throughout the following years he attended several seminars and master classes with R. Guiot, C. Caroli and P. Klemm, E. Wavre. A particularly important role was played by Giampaolo Pretto, with whom he studied for several years.
Principal flute of the Young Italian Sinfonietta under the guidance of P. Borgonovo and L. Spierer. He continued through collaborations in many italian orchestras: Pomeriggi Musicali of Milan, Chamber Orchestra of Padova and Veneto, Filarmonia Veneta of Treviso, Orchestra Sinfonica of Moscow, Chamber Orchestra 'Lorenzo Da Ponte', I Solisti Italiani. For ten years he was the Principal Flute of the Orchestra of the Teatro Olimpico in Vicenza.
He has been awarded in several competitions and he recorded for various record labels. He performed Soliloquio of Louis de Pablo broadcast on Radio Tre Suite and worked with many prestigious contemporary composers.
He has played as Principal Flute, with the orchestra of Venice during a tour at some of the most prestigious concert halls in Japan.
In 2001 he founded the Ensemble Musagète, creating dozens of concerts and presenting hundreds of different programs (www.ensemblemusagete.it). He has performed chamber music with the most important players of the international scene: G. Guglielmo, S. Tchakerian, M. Brunello, T. Campagnaro, B. Canino and many others.
In 2003 he won a scholarship as a researcher at the Institute for Music Foundation “G. Cini” in Venice and he graduated cum laude at the University “Ca ' Foscari” in Venice.
He is professor of flute at the Music High School “C. Montanari” in Verona. |
